Nezha Alaoui

(Committee - Chair) CEO of WOMEN CHOICE

Nezha Alaoui, is the CEO of WOMEN CHOICE, a global organization that leads initiatives and strategies to advance women's empowerment, gender equity, and social sustainability in the workplace. With over 13 years of experience as a social entrepreneur, author, and influencer, Nezha has been implementing successful projects with impact, empowering women and youth to develop more leadership, based on her philosophy "Be Who You Want to Be". She has a strong international network and a close relationship with marginalized communities, especially in Africa, where she has created the Mayshad Foundation to support micro-entrepreneurship programs. She also participates and produces conferences and panels on diversity, equity, inclusion, impact, and leadership, and reaches out to an online community of over 2.9 million followers.

Audrey Lemmert

UAE Country Chair: Humanity, Technology and Innovation Wing of G100: Mission Million; Member of the Board of Advisors, MICollaboratory

Audrey is a senior executive with more than 30 years of multi-functional leadership experience with sector leading FMCG companies.  Proven track record of establishing successful operations and departments from scratch, orchestrating effective turnaround of business units, delivering business results through cross functional and global teams, and driving organisation culture transformation change. Recognised as a thought leader in Human Experience, particularly related to digital transformation. Committed to driving sustainable organisation performance through effective leadership and technology driven innovation! Her areas of interests are women empowerment/inclusion, as well as innovation - particularly regarding the advancement of AI presence in society and the workplace, ensuring human experience is safeguarded.  

Valery Lorenz

Founder and CEO of SGI Partners

Valery is a dynamic entrepreneur and accomplished leader with over a decade of experience in finance, investing and fundraising. As the Founder and CEO of SGI Partners, originally from Switzerland, now based in Dubai and Bahrain, Valery has demonstrated exceptional communication and negotiation skills, alongside her proficiency in finance management and fundraising. She has successfully guided numerous start-ups and scale-ups through the intricacies of venture capital and private equity investment, leveraging her expertise to drive international growth.  

Afsaneh Jalilzadeh

Local Lead, Mentor Walks

Afsaneh was a commercial/corporate banker for 25 years, the majority of which were spent managing SME, Multinational and Corporate business units at local and international (mostly Citibank N.A.) banks in U.A.E. and Europe. She then spent a few years consulting for corporates as well as financial institutions, while working on her LLM in Financial Crimes and Money Laundering. Upon completion of her law degree, Afsaneh joined IFC (the private sector arm of the World Bank) as part of their Upstream initiatives in Emerging Markets, mainly focused on Financial Inclusion, SME & Trade Finance projects.  As her contract with IFC ended in early 2024, she started several volunteering initiatives: as Local Lead in Dubai for Mentor Walks, a global organization offering women mentees a career conversation with an exceptional female leader/mentor. Also, she is the Ambassador for a Social Enterprise called Talleh Cultural Center, based in Jerusalem, dedicated to preserving cultural heritage and empowering women. Another very satisfying volunteering assignment is with Smart Life Foundation, where she remotely teaches Spoken English to young teenagers from underprivileged families based in India. While her educational background is in Finance, she studied and speaks several languages, including Arabic.
