Nezha Alaoui, is the CEO of WOMEN CHOICE, a global organization that leads initiatives and strategies to advance women’s empowerment, gender equity, and social sustainability in the workplace.
With over 13 years of experience as a social entrepreneur, author, and influencer, Nezha has been implementing successful projects with impact, empowering women and youth to develop more leadership, based on her philosophy “Be Who You Want to Be”.
She has a strong international network and a close relationship with marginalized communities, especially in Africa, where she has created the Mayshad Foundation to support micro-entrepreneurship programs.
